Are you passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes? We're looking for a Quality Improvement Leader to join our Hamilton team and drive quality, food safety, customer satisfaction, and operational performance across the business. Reporting to the Hamilton Quality Manager, you'll lead a team of two Quality Leaders and work closely with manufacturing and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve quality challenges, and deliver measurable improvements. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence business performance while building a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead quality improvement initiatives across Hamilton operations. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus. Coach, support, and develop team capability. Maintain quality management systems aligned with regulatory, ISO, and company requirements. Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions. Facilitate continuous improvement and Kaizen projects. Partner with manufacturing teams to improve quality performance and reduce waste, spoilage, and blocked stock. Support successful new product introductions. Act as the voice of the customer and support complaint resolution activities. What Success Looks Like Improved customer satisfaction and quality performance. Reduced spoilage, scrap, and blocked stock. Effective complaint investigation and resolution. Successful new product introductions. Delivery of continuous improvement outcomes. Strong team capability and accountability. About You You are a proactive quality professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You enjoy driving improvement, influencing others, and delivering results. You’ll Bring A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline. Experience in quality leadership within manufacturing, packaging, chemical, FMCG, or similar industries. Strong knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies. Six Sigma Green Belt certification, or willingness to achieve certification within 12 months. Experience leading quality improvement projects. Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Drive Impactful Change Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives that deliver real business results.
