Frankton Park Ltd – Hamilton, North Island Frankton Park/Mauri Rehabilitation is growing, and we are looking for experienced, compassionate and motivated Support Workers to join our new team supporting clients in the Hamilton area. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new service dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of people living with Traumatic and/or Acquired Brain Injury and Physical Disability . We are particularly interested in Support Workers who are experienced and confident with wound care and manual handling , including supporting clients with complex physical needs such as spinal injuries. If you are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support and want to be part of a dynamic and caring team, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for people who: Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have a legal entitlement to work in New Zealand Have experience supporting people with Brain Injury, Physical Disability, Mental Health challenges and/or Intellectual Disability Are qualified at Level 3 or above in the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing , and are keen to further develop their knowledge and skills Have hands-on experience with wound care Have experience with manual handling , including safe transfers and positioning of clients with complex physical needs Have experience working with clients with spinal injuries or significant physical disabilities (highly desirable) Have experience working in residential services, supported living or a similar environment Hold a full New Zealand driver's licence Are confident working as part of a team while also being able to work independently Can work a variety of rostered shifts, including one weekend in two About Frankton Park/Mauri Rehabilitation Frankton Park/Mauri Rehabilitation operates Aotearoa New Zealand's innovative, values-based healthcare model, providing rehabilitation and practical living skills support to people living with Traumatic and/or Acquired Brain Injury and Physical Disability.
