English/Social Studies Teacher

Secondary (Years 7–15) / wharekura, Certificated teacher English, Social sciences (Flexible learning area / other subjects considered) Trident High School is seeking a passionate teacher to join our well-resourced kura. We are committed to implementing and blending High Impact Teaching Practices (HITP) and Culturally Responsive and Relational Pedagogies (CRRP). While the primary focus is teaching junior English and social sciences (with potential for Senior NCEA classes in these areas), we welcome applications from outstanding teachers of other subject disciplines who can offer a combination of subjects. The ideal candidate will: Demonstrate strong relational, collaborative, and tauira-focused practices.
