FIRED PIZZA COMPANY – Albany Heights, North Island We make excellent wood fired pizza you can be proud of Open plan garden environment with great music and vibes We are looking for a wood fired pizza maker, or a recent graduate who is keen to learn the skills. We make top quality Napoletena style wood fired pizza from our location near Omaha Beach ( 1 hour north of Auckland ) We are in a beautiful outdoor garden situation, with great music and atmosphere, working with Italian wood ovens. Skills required: Making, rolling and hand opening dough, topping, using peels, managing the fire, cooking the pizza in the wood oven, food prep, stock taking, ordering, cleaning. You must be currently in NZ and have a work permit. Must speak English, have excellent hygiene, be punctual and have own transport and or accomodation in the Big Omaha / Warkworth / Matakana area Experienced person is preferred, but if you are keen to be trained, you can learn this versatile skill from expert pizzaiolos. Hours will vary over the summer season and include weekend and evening hours.
