Working alongside the Head of Portfolio, Cyber, you'll support the growth of the portfolio while helping brokers understand the value, positioning and application of our Cyber solution. In this role, you'll support the growth of the Cyber portfolio by combining underwriting support with business development activity, broker education and market engagement. Working in close partnership with the Head of Portfolio, Cyber, you'll help drive awareness and uptake of our product offering through strong relationships, clear communication and active participation in market-facing initiatives. You'll also: Support new business and renewal activity across the Cyber portfolio, including quoting, binding and negotiation within delegated authority. Manage day-to-day underwriting and portfolio administration, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth workflows and timely service delivery. Help establish and maintain the operational foundations of the Cyber portfolio by improving processes, supporting documentation and creating structure that enables growth. Present information to brokers in a clear and accessible way, helping educate the market on our Cyber product, appetite and approach. Attend and participate in broker events, roadshows and other market-facing activities that support growth and strengthen our market presence. Contribute to underwriting, claims and partner discussions locally and globally, sharing insights that support continuous improvement and portfolio development. This is a relationship-led, market-facing role suited to someone who is confident, curious and comfortable engaging with brokers and stakeholders. You'll enjoy learning about Cyber insurance, sharing information with others and being part of activity that supports portfolio growth. Ideally, you'll have: Exposure to Cyber insurance, ideally combined with experience in underwriting, broking, business development or a related insurance role. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage brokers, business partners and internal stakeholders in a credible and service-minded way. Confidence presenting information, explaining product features and supporting broker education in a clear, inclusive and practical way. A curious and proactive mindset, with openness to attending events, participating in roadshows and contributing to market-facing initiatives. Good organisational capability, with the ability to manage priorities, follow through on opportunities and support activity that contributes to profitable portfolio growth.
