Due to continued growth across our group, we are seeking an experienced Warranty Administrator to join our high performing team based at our Newmarket office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has dealership experience and is looking to further develop their career within a progressive and supportive automotive group. About the Role As one of our Group Warranty Administrators, you'll play a key role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with manufacturer requirements. Working closely with our service departments and distributors, you'll be responsible for processing and invoicing warranty repair orders, preparing and submitting claims, reviewing repair documentation for compliance, and writing clear technical fault descriptions. You'll help maximise warranty recoveries, monitor claim outcomes, and support our service teams to ensure claims are completed correctly the first time while contributing to the ongoing improvement of warranty processes across the Group.
