We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated principal who can provide strategic and faith-filled leadership, building on the College’s strong foundations while bringing fresh ideas, innovation and commitment to continuous improvement. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate proven leadership skills in secondary education, possess a strong pedagogical knowledge and have the ability and drive to lead the college successfully into the future. We are seeking a leader who: Demonstrates strong, passionate, Catholic faith leadership and a deep commitment to Catholic educational values and the principles of Catholic social teaching. Would be actively involved in and promote the college's wider life, including Catholic special character, sporting, cultural and community activities. Has exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically and inspire students, staff and the community. Equally, they will excel at effective management; putting in place structures, processes and the support necessary for students and staff to perform at their best Has proven expertise in curriculum leadership, relational teaching and learning and implementation of culturally responsive practices. Demonstrates success in achieving excellent educational outcomes for students within a faith-filled, inclusive, positive and purposeful learning environment. Shows a strong desire to foster and develop positive partnerships with various stakeholders.
