Execute channel distribution plans to increase product store penetration and achieve regional account coverage targets. Conduct systematic store visits, key client outreach, and account management across authorized B2B trade partners in the region. Maintain trade client relationships, manage account lifecycles, and drive re-engagement for dormant trade accounts. Utilize CRM systems to track customer purchasing behaviors, order frequency, and stock movement. Monitor and report weekly store progress, analyze repeat purchase rates (repurchase percentages), and optimize channel sales funnels. Consolidate field sell-through feedback into structured commercial reports to support management decision-making. Market Intelligence & Regulatory Compliance: Gather market intelligence regarding competitor activity, pricing trends, and product sell-through rates across local retail channels. Monitor in-store product display alignment, regulatory packaging compliance, and Specialist Vape Retailer (SVR) / industry compliance guidelines. Provide technical product specification updates and compliant merchandising guidance to trade clients. Cross-Border Communication & Event Support: Coordinate with senior leadership, international technical supply teams, and local sales units to ensure smooth stock allocation and product rollouts. Assist in organizing trade launch events, product webinars, and promotional campaign executions. Requirements Education:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Language Proficiency:Must befully fluent in both English and Mandarin(Reading, Listening, written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse local trade partners, international supply teams, and cross-border leadership. Experience:1–2 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel operations, client relationship management, or sales analytics. Technical & Professional Skills:Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets data modeling, and reporting tools. Strong consultative communication, market analysis, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of retail distribution channels in New Zealand and local regulatory compliance frameworks. Licence & Travel: Valid Full Driver's Licence for local business travel and store visits. Remuneration & BenefitsFull-Time Stability:Guaranteed 40 hours per week in a growing commercial environment.
