Medical Receptionist / Administrator Premier Wellness – Orewa & Glenfield, Auckland 25–40 hours per week | Flexible days & locations An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic, organised, and people-focused Receptionist / Administrator to join our friendly and rapidly growing wellness clinics in Orewa and Glenfield. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a busy healthcare setting. About the Role As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic and delivering an outstanding patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner Booking and rebooking appointments and processing payments Managing phone calls, emails, and text messages Using Cliniko practice management software and Submit Kit (experience preferred but not essential – full training provided) Liaising with ACC and other medical professionals Providing administrative support across all practitioners and the clinical team Assisting with marketing activities, and implementing systems and procedures General administration, reception duties, and light clinic cleaning Cleaning and maintaining the red light therapy bed between patient use About You We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and confident with excellent communication skills Caring and empathetic, with a genuine interest in patient wellbeing Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented Comfortable working independently and as part of a close-knit team Excellent computer skills, with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and technology Proactive and willing to learn new systems and processes Discreet and professional when handling sensitive patient information Able to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment Previous experience as a medical receptionist or administrator is an advantage, but not essential for the right person with strong customer service and computer skills. Nice to Have Experience using Cliniko and Submit Kit A background in health and wellness Qualification or training as a health coach, naturopath, nutritionist, or similar Confidence selling supplementation, packages, and wellness products to patients, with a potential bonus structure attached for those who do For candidates with a relevant health qualification, potential to build up your own patient consult appointments over time Why Join Premier Wellness?
