We're seeking an experienced hospitality Duty Managers to join our team in Ellerslie . Role: Management of staff on shift Uphold Liquor Licensing laws Carry out day-to-dayrunning of the bar & restaurant Training new employees Stock control Providing the high level of customer care our company strives for Must be willing to work nights and weekends We view this as a long-term position within our group and will provide coaching and training for personal growth. Starting with training plan to get you settled into the way Doolan Brothers do things. Previous Experience: Have a passion for the hospitality industry Hold a valid managers cert for 1+ years Have 1+ Years’ experience in similar leadership role Have great written and oral communication Able to work well within a team All applicants MUST hold a valid NZ working visa and be 18 years old or over.
