Production Team Members - Motorhome Builder

TrailLite has been proudly manufacturing luxury motorhomes and caravans for more than 70 years. Based right here in Pukekohe, we are looking for a practical, hardworking and switched-on person to join our talented production team. As a Motorhome Builder, you’ll work within a small team using your practical skills to help build our world‑class motorhomes and caravans. You’ll take pride in ensuring every product is completed to specification, meets our high‑quality standards and stays on schedule. We’re looking for someone with a can‑do attitude who shows initiative, learns quickly and is happy to help wherever needed. You don’t need to know everything from day one—but you do need to be practical, keen to learn and committed to doing a great job. You’ll be someone who: Is practical, hands‑on and confident using power tools, measuring tapes and set squares Learns quickly and follows instructions, plans and specifications accurately Shows initiative and sees what needs to be done Is adaptable and willing to help with a variety of tasks Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in producing quality work Enjoys practical problem‑solving and finding better ways of working Works efficiently without compromising quality Is reliable, hardworking and takes responsibility for their work Works well as part of a team and can also get on with tasks independently Brings a positive attitude and continuous improvement mindset Experience in manufacturing, cabinetry, joinery, or another hands‑on trade would be great, but attitude, practical ability and a willingness to learn are just as important.
