Medcall Health Personnel – Johnsonville, North Island Care on Call provides support to people withintheir homesafter injury, illness or just to make their lives easier. We are always looking for professional, warm, capable people who have a real desire to make a difference in someone else's life. We have shifts throughout Johnsonville. We are looking for Carers who can assist with: Home management Personal cares Assisting people to achieve their goals Supporting people to manage their daily activities Assisting with exercise, mobility, medications perhaps (with training) What we need from you L2, L3 and L4 health qualification (or equivalent) essential *If you have no health qualification your application may not be considered* A current, clean full driver’s licence The legal right to work in NZ Have consistent and long-term availability (we like to ensure continuity with our clients) Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clients To be reliable, punctual, honest and caring What we can offer you 24/7 support and a local office and manager Access to some of the latest technology and resources available within the healthcare sector Great hourly rates in line with the pay equity settlement Annual leave, sick leave, and Kiwisaver contributions on top of your hourly rate Access to a range of training resources and support to achieve NZQA-recognised qualifications Comprehensive induction and personalised client training.
