Quality Assurance Coordinator

This role focuses on quality assurance and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment, encompassing investigation of non-conformances, root cause analysis, and coordination of corrective and preventive actions. You will analyse quality trends, support improvement projects, and work collaboratively across departments to resolve quality issues and enhance customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining and improving quality management systems, conducting internal audits, and fostering a proactive quality culture through training and coaching. Key responsibilities Investigate internal, customer and supplier non-conformances using structured problem-solving techniques Complete root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and identify opportunities to prevent recurrence Analyse quality trends and recommend improvements to products, processes and systems Support projects that improve quality performance, reduce waste and enhance customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with Production, Planning, Technical, Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Despatch and other departments to investigate and resolve quality issues Support the maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Plan and conduct internal audits across production and support departments Deliver quality training and awareness sessions to production and support teams Promote a proactive quality culture focused on prevention, accountability and continuous improvement About you Experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within a manufacturing environment Strong experience investigating non-conformances and customer complaints Working knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Internal auditing experience Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments Ability to communicate effectively and build strong working relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation, from frontline operators through to senior leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr
