We’re on the lookout for a Civil Construction Labourer who thrives in a fast-moving environment, leads from the front, and enjoys being part of a team that genuinely supports each other. What you’ll be doing: Concrete works, including placing, screeding, finishing, and curing. Assisting with formwork preparation and installation. Excavation and trenching support. Installing underground services and drainage. Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Site preparation and clean-up. Working alongside machine operators and skilled tradespeople. Maintaining a safe and tidy worksite in accordance with company health and safety procedures. What you’ll bring: Previous experience in civil construction and/or concrete works is preferred. A strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour. Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions. A commitment to health and safety in the workplace. Full Class 1 driver's licence (Class 2, WTR endorsements, or other licences are advantageous). Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing. Be part of a supportive, high-performing team that values people and outcomes equally.
