Corporate Front of House Food & Beverage Staff Corporate Front of House Food & Beverage Staff We are seeking polished, professional, and service-focused Food & Beverage staff to join our casual front of house team. This role is ideal for someone with strong hospitality experience in corporate events, functions, and banquets who takes pride in delivering seamless service and creating an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Provide warm, professional front of house service for corporate dining, meetings, functions, and banquet events Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, place settings, beverage stations, and service areas as required Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high presentation and service standards Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests in a courteous and professional manner Work closely with supervisors, and event teams to ensure smooth event delivery Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with all venue procedures Assist with cash handling or point-of-sale transactions where required What We're Looking For Previous front of house food & beverage experience in corporate hospitality, functions, banquets, or events Excellent presentation, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure Strong attention to detail and commitment to high service standards Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends when required Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team Current duty manager certification or bar experience is advantageous but not essential ***Must have right to work in NZ, pass a pre-employment drug screen and Criminal Conviction check. #J-18808-Ljbffr
