Please note, these are temporary/seasonal positions, ideal for candidates looking to gain valuable industry experience, earn great money, and potentially take the first step into a long-term career. Key Dates Recruitment Process: We are going through a recruitment drive now, including screening, interviews, registration, and pre-employment checks. If successful, you'll be placed in our talent pool as part of the ready-to-go team for the upcoming season. What We're Looking For Reliable transport to and from work (you must hold a Restricted License at a minimum). Physically fit, able to lift 15-25kg repeatedly Able to work different shifts (days and nights), including on short notice Able to pass a pre-employment drug and medical test No criminal convictions Minimum of 2 recent work references required Skills & Experience Previous factory, production, or warehouse experience preferred Strong communication skills and a teamwork mindset High attention to detail and quality Committed to Health & Safety standards Comfortable with standing for long periods and repetitive tasks Forklift experience (with current OSH and F endorsement) is a bonus! What You'll Be Doing As a Temporary Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in keeping production moving efficiently and safely. Your daily duties may include: Operating and monitoring automated machinery and production lines Packing, stacking, and labeling dairy products to exact specifications Quality checking finished goods to ensure they meet food safety standards Cleaning equipment and maintaining a hygienic work environment Recording production data and completing paperwork accurately Following standard operating procedures and safety protocols Reporting any hazards, incidents, or equipment faults to supervisors promptly Why Register with Us Competitive hourly rates Variety of shifts available - flexibility is key!
