Morning Shift | Temp to Permanent Opportunity We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous manufacturing or production experience who are looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. About the Role Working within a fast-paced production environment, you will be responsible for operating machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and meeting production targets. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment Conduct basic machine setup and adjustments Perform quality checks on finished products Follow production schedules and work instructions Maintain a clean and safe work environment Identify and report equipment faults or production issues Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures Assist with general production and warehouse duties as required To Be Successful You Will Have Mandatory Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment Reliable transport to and from work Ability to work ongoing morning shifts Strong commitment to workplace safety Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to pass pre-employment screening Current Full Driver's Licence Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment What's on Offer $25-$27 an hour (dependent on experience) Consistent morning shift roster from Monday to Friday Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Potential for temporary-to-permanent employment Immediate start available for the right candidate #J-18808-Ljbffr
