Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington – Kelburn, North Island Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Mata Ahupae - Senior Administrator to join Te Kauhanganui Tātai Ture - Faculty of Law on a permanent, full-time contract. Play a central role in supporting the delivery of one of New Zealand's leading law programmes. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will lead the coordination of undergraduate assessment processes, provide high-level administrative support to academic leaders, contribute to programme administration, and help ensure students and staff receive exceptional service and support. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through expert coordination, relationship management, and continuous improvement of key academic processes. As the Mata Ahupae - Senior Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Faculty of Law's academic programmes and ensuring the smooth delivery of assessment and student administration processes. Working closely with academic leaders, professional staff and students, you will coordinate complex assessments, provide expert advice on policies and procedures, contribute to programme administration, and help drive continuous improvement across faculty operations. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines relationship management, problem-solving, project coordination and operational excellence.
