Warehouse Operator - Afternoon Shift

Behind every bag of sugar is a dedicated team working together to ensure our products are safely stored, picked, loaded and delivered to customers across the country. We're looking for a Warehouse Operator with 'get up and go' who enjoys hands‑on work, values safety, and takes pride in doing a great job every day. This role is part of our afternoon shift team, operating Monday to Friday from 2.30pm to 10.00pm , giving you your weekends free. About the role As a Warehouse Operator, you'll play a key role in managing the storage and distribution of our products. No two days are the same, and you'll be involved in a variety of warehouse activities, including: Forklift and reach truck operation (you must have a current forklift licence). Picking, packing and loading customer orders. Inventory and stock control. Container and truck loading. Record keeping and basic computer-based tasks. Maintaining high housekeeping standards. Supporting a strong health and safety culture. Working closely with production, logistics and warehouse teams. About you You turn up ready to get stuck in, take ownership of your work and enjoy working as part of a high-performing team. You're dependable, safety-conscious and motivated to do quality work, while continuously looking for better ways of getting the job done. Ideally, you'll bring: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience. Forklift experience (counterbalance and/or reach truck preferred). Good attention to detail and accuracy. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
