As a Chef de Partie at DVML Forsyth Barr Stadium , you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food while ensuring exceptional food safety, hygiene, and customer service standards. You'll play an important role in delivering outstanding culinary experiences across a variety of events and functions. This is a permanent position with 30 hours guaranteed per week. Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food in line with menu and service requirements. Maintain food quality, portion control, stock rotation, and food storage standards. Assist with menu development, including catering for special dietary and cultural requirements. Support ordering processes, stock control, and waste minimisation initiatives. Ensure kitchen cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently maintained. NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Cookery (or equivalent) with previous experience in a similar culinary role. Passion for producing high-quality food and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
