Summerset Holdings NZ is seeking an experienced Group Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager – Operations to lead HSW performance across our village operations. You will enable operational leaders to own HSW outcomes, leverage data, and drive risk-based decisions in day-to-day activities. You will partner with executive and village leaders to embed HSW into planning, risk assessment and contractor management, while coaching HSW Advisors and ensuring compliance with NZ legislation and ACC #J-18808-Ljbffr
