As HSQE Advisor you’ll play a key role in helping the business bring its Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental systems to life. Working across multiple ISO frameworks you’ll help embed practical, value-adding processes that support operations and drive continuous improvement rather than simply ticking compliance boxes. What you’ll be doing Partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental performance Supporting and maintaining ISO-aligned management systems Leading audits, investigations, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives Identifying risks, gaps and opportunities and helping teams implement practical solutions Delivering meaningful reporting and insights to support decision-making Facilitating training, workshops and capability-building activities Supporting contractor management processes and compliance requirements Promoting a positive safety, quality and wellbeing culture across the business What we’re looking for Proven experience in a Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental or HSQE-focused role Strong working knowledge of ISO frameworks, particularly ISO 9001, 14001 and/or 45001 The ability to apply ISO standards pragmatically within an operational environment Experience supporting audits, investigations and continuous improvement activities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills A collaborative, approachable style with the confidence to influence at all levels Relevant Health & Safety qualifications.
