The Enabling Services group supports this vision by providing strategic and operational services, includingfinancial management, IT, governance, and organisational strategy. Kōreromōtetūranga| About the Role We are seeking aDesktop Analystto join our Enabling Services team on a permanent basis. In this role, you will: Deliver remote and desk-side support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Provide backup support for the Service Desk, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Manage equipment setup, maintenance, and support for desktops, mobile devices, and telephony systems. Act as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests, ensuringtimelyresolution within SLAs. Contribute to system security, documentation, and project/change management initiatives. To succeed in this role, you will bring: A tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience. 3+ years’ experience in IT support, including Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and back-end applications. Proficiencyin Active Directory, SCCM, wireless network administration, and LAN/WAN connectivity. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-focused approach. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. ITIL certification and experience with mobile device configuration, Avaya VOIP phones, and audio/video conferencing are desirable.
