We are seeking a motivated and dependable Trade Counter Salesperson to join the friendly team at our Ormiston Branch. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our Ormiston Branch, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for providing quality advice, excellent quality products, and outstanding service to our loyal customer base. Duties include Working directly with customers to understand their needs. Assisting customers with sales orders and returns. Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email. Liaising with suppliers to ensure we deliver the right products and solutions. Hours Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week (between 7.30 am and 5.00 pm). Rostered Saturdays (8.00 am – 12.00 pm). What do I need? Proven experience in a similar role. The ability to multitask and manage tasks effectively. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive, can-do attitude with a practical approach to problem-solving. Good computer literacy and the ability to learn and use new systems. Electrical product knowledge or previous experience within the electrical wholesale industry would be advantageous.
