As part of the Mr Murdoch's crew, you'll help keep our venue pumping. Your responsibilities include: Greeting and engaging guests to create warm, memorable experiences Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines, coffees, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic beverages Operating the bar during service, including setup, restocking, and pack-down Following opening and closing procedures with accuracy Promoting products, upselling, and supporting venue sales targets Handling payments and POS transactions Maintaining bar cleanliness, washing glassware, tapping kegs and rotating stock Supporting the duty manager and wider team as required We're committed to supporting our people and helping them grow: Competitive pay with clear progression pathways ($23.50-$28 per hour) Industry-leading training and development opportunities Staff discounts across all Cook Brothers venues Opportunities to work across multiple sites A supportive, encouraging and fun team A stable, ongoing role with consistent hours Mr Murdoch's house is your house.
