What You'll Be Doing: As a CEO, you take ownership of the on-road experience. This is an ever-evolving role requiring high attention to detail, safety, effective communication, and group dynamics. Operating itineraries across both islands that range from 11 to 22 days in length, you will: Safely drive and navigate multi-day itineraries across New Zealand, taking full responsibility for long distances and vehicle safety checks (including tyres and fluids). Bring diverse personalities and cultures together to create community on the road, maximising the traveller experience and showing up with a smile. Deliver engaging, accurate commentary on New Zealand’s history, culture, and landscapes. Proactively handle on-tour administration, local bookings, and trip budgets. Calmly, professionally, and proactively problem-solve, communicating effectively with the operations team, travellers, and suppliers. Actively connect your travellers with our G for Good mission and help fundraise for the Planeterra foundation, ensuring travel leaves a positive footprint. What You'll Need: The flexibility to spend up to 23 days on tour at a time, including weekends and public holidays. A valid NZ Class 2 Driver’s Licence and Passenger (P) Endorsement (or a willingness to obtain them before the season starts). A current Comprehensive First Aid Certificate (or willingness to get one). Proven leadership skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to stay cool under pressure. Great communication skills across various forms and audiences. The legal right to work in New Zealand.
