Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams Strong relationship-building skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders The ability to communicate effectively with different audiences Experience managing performance, budgets, and reporting requirements A commitment to MSD values and mana-enhancing service delivery An understanding of MSD's purpose and the services we provide to New Zealanders An understanding of Te Ao Māori and delivering culturally responsive services for iwi and whānau.
