Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams Strong relationship-building skills across diverse internal and external stakeholders The ability to communicate effectively with different audiences Experience managing performance, budgets, and reporting requirements A commitment to MSD values and mana-enhancing service delivery An understanding of MSD's purpose and the services we provide to New Zealanders An understanding of Te Ao Māori and delivering culturally responsive services for iwi and whānau. We are hosting a Kai Kōrero evening Wednesday 26 August 2026, at the Kirikiriroa Service Centre. During this hui we will share MSD's purpose, vision and values, and provide insight into the role of Manager Client Service Delivery.
