We have a fantastic opportunity for physically fit and reliable individuals as Warehouse Team Members at our client's busy Distribution Centre in Hamilton. Some days are busier than others, and some days there are too many people off unwell... that's when we need you! Join our pool of candidates looking for casual work when they're called up for shift! We have Morning and Afternoon shifts available. This hands-on position involves helping move products out of the warehouse and on their way to customers. You will be lifting boxes and product and packing onto belts or pallets and working on your feet for the full shift. You will need to comfortable learning new tasks, as they expose you to various areas in the DC. Key Details Flexible availability | You will be rostered weekly, and you MUST be available Monday to Friday. Shifts either 6AM to 2.30PM or 2.45PM to 11.15PM. Starting pay rate: $24.45 You will need Physically Fit: Must be able to lift up to 25kg and be on your feet throughout the shift Experience: You MUST have previous experience in a warehouse or labouring environment Experience: Previous experience operating a pallet jack would be advantageous Reliability: Must have a NZ Drivers Licence and reliable transport to and from work. Good work attitude: Fantastic punctuality and a strong work ethic when you are on shift You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where the team strives to exceed productivity targets You will need to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history check.
