Mō te tūranga - About the role: Assist with the preparation and service of nutritious, high-quality meals that meet residents' individual dietary needs. Support the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic food service environment. Help deliver a positive dining experience by serving meals professionally and supporting residents during mealtimes. Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks and follow food safety and health and safety requirements. Work collaboratively with the wider team to support resident wellbeing and Enliven's positive ageing philosophy. Experience in a kitchen role, with a minimum of one year's experience preferred. You are flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, morning, afternoons. You have a strong understanding of food hygiene and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards. You are reliable, well organised, and able to work efficiently as part of a team. You have a friendly, positive attitude and enjoy providing excellent service to residents, families, and colleagues. You hold a current full NZ driver's licence Currently based in Levin. Hold the legal right to live and work in New Zealand. Competitive pay from $25.09 to $27.76 per hour, based on your qualifications, skills, and experience.
