You'll work alongside our kitchen team and assist with food preparation, cooking and plating, preparing ingredients for service, supporting chefs during busy service periods, maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen, washing dishes and kitchen equipment, receiving and correctly storing ingredients, and following food safety and hygiene procedures.
