Job Description
As an Inwards Goods & Deliveries Customer Service Representative at Mico Flat Bush , you'll enjoy a varied, hands‑on role with a primary focus on managing our inwards goods area. You'll be responsible for receiving, checking, organising, and putting away stock, while helping ensure inventory accuracy and efficient branch operations. You'll also coordinate customer orders, pick and pack products, and assist with dispatch and deliveries to ensure orders reach our customers safely, accurately, and on time. When required, you'll provide product advice and support customers both on the trade counter and over the phone. Manage Inwards Goods, including accurate receipting and system entry Monitor inventory levels, complete cycle counts and stock replenishment Carry out customer deliveries across Auckland navigating different site layouts and ground conditions Engage with customers face‑to‑face and over the phone Recommend suitable products, process orders, and manage sales documentation Maintain cleanliness and uphold safety standards through general store housekeeping Permanent full‑time role based at Mico Flat Bush branch, offering 40 hours per week across Monday to Saturday. About You: To succeed in this role, you'll be customer‑focused, reliable, and confident behind the wheel of a forklift and vehicle. You’ll spend most of your time on a forklift in our inwards goods area as well as on the road, making deliveries to our customers across Auckland and navigating a variety of sites and ground conditions.
