We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years’ accounting experience in New Zealand , with a strong understanding of local tax and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with New Zealand accounting standards Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Perform bank and general ledger reconciliations Prepare GST , PAYE and KiwiSaver returns Assist with payroll processing, ensuring compliance with New Zealand employment legislation and payroll regulations. Assist with monthly and annual financial reports Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and IRD as required About you: Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience in New Zealand (essential) Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese Mandarin Solid knowledge of NZ tax regulations Hands‑on experience with Xero and MYOB Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
