About the role As a BAS Accountant, you will support clients in achieving sustainable business growth by identifying key business issues, assisting in the development of practical solutions, and delivering high-quality financial and advisory services. You will gain experience across external reporting, management accounting and tax, while building strong technical capability and developing trusted client relationships. Working closely with Managers, Associates and Partners, you will contribute to delivering tailored solutions for clients across a range of industries and life cycle stages. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements and apply relevant accounting standards Support external reporting, including workpapers, job planning, and timelines Produce management reports, reconciliations, budgets and cash flows Prepare tax compliance work (income tax, GST, PAYE, FBT) and assist with planning Identify client issues and contribute to practical business and financial solutions Assist with trust administration, Companies Office tasks, and use of accounting systems (AO, Xero, MYOB) 17th August, 2026 BE YOUR BEST AT BDO A unique combination of relationships, resources and responsiveness.
