Suntory Beverage & Food – Wiri, North Island We're looking for a Procurement Business Analyst to join our Procurement team in Auckland on a fixed-term contract until October 2027. This is to cover a team member while they’re on secondment. Reporting to the Procurement Transformation & Excellence Manager, this role plays a critical part in driving procurement transformation across Suntory Oceania. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and improvement-focused professional who enjoys turning data into insights, optimising processes, and enabling business change. You'll help deliver sustainable procurement value by supporting continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing systems and processes, maintaining procurement reporting and governance, and improving supplier onboarding experiences through automation and innovation. Key responsibilities include: Supporting procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and ways of working Maintaining procurement KPIs, dashboards, reporting and compliance metrics Supporting Fuel for Growth value tracking, reporting and governance Managing supplier onboarding processes and supplier master data Identifying opportunities to automate workflows and leverage emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions Working closely with category managers, business stakeholders, suppliers and technology teams to improve procurement performance and compliance Supporting the integration of sustainability practices into procurement processes and policies This role offers a unique opportunity to influence how procurement operates across a large, complex and growing business while contributing to our ambition of Growing for Good. #J-18808-Ljbffr
