We are searching for a new PRC (Peoples Republic of China) Team Member to strengthen our team with people who want to go above and beyond to deliver a memorable sales experience to our customers at Auckland International Airport. This role will be Fixed Term, until March 2027. As we operate in a dynamic airport environment where our stores are constantly trading, the ability to work a rotating roster incorporating early mornings, late nights and weekends is essential. You would be surrounded by a team who are full of knowledge who are ready to teach you the ins and outs of the Travel Retail World! Our PRC Team are our front and centre team, experts at creating a memorable experience for our PRC customers. Due to this, Mandarin speaking is essential for the role. Working within a passionate team and reporting directly to a specialised PRC Manager, you will work together to achieve a high level results and experiences within the Auckland Duty Free store. What you will do: Provide specialist service to our PRC customers and tour groups Keep up to date knowledge of assigned products and trends within the PRC market You will provide sales and customer service to all customers in the store Provide efficient and courteous register transaction service Inform all customers of promotions, offers and country allowances What you bring to the role: Excellent communication skills and personal presentation.
