We need a salesperson who can bring that story to life. The opportunity This is not a role for someone who simply waits for customers to ask for assistance. We are looking for a sales professional with energy, initiative and a genuine intent to sell -someone who can build trust, understand what customers are trying to achieve and confidently guide them toward the right furniture solution. welcome and engage customers professionally; ask the right questions and listen carefully; recommend furniture, fabrics, colours and complete room solutions; create emotional value around comfort, design, quality and lifestyle; confidently recognise buying signals and ask for the sale; prepare accurate quotes and follow them up consistently; develop repeat business and long-term customer relationships; maintain excellent product knowledge and showroom presentation; take ownership of your personal sales results and KPIs; and work with the wider team to achieve branch sales targets. About you You will ideally have: proven success in furniture, bedding, homewares, interiors or high-value retail sales; a strong record of achieving or exceeding sales targets; confidence closing sales without being aggressive or pushy; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; disciplined quote follow-up and attention to detail; an appreciation of furniture, design, colour and home styling; a professional and well-presented manner; personal accountability and a strong work ethic; and a genuine desire to become one of the best salespeople in the business. Furniture experience is an advantage, but we will also consider a proven high-performing salesperson from another premium retail environment.
