We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICT and Telecommunication Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding and hands‑on experience in telecommunications technology, network design and installation, Information Technology, and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Design, install, and maintain network infrastructure, including switching and fibre optic systems. Conduct outside plant (OSP) work, including fibre optic cable installations and terminations. Perform network configuration, testing, and optimization for seamless operations. Hands‑on experience with splicing, operating OTDR, splice machine, source meter, and power meter to test the connectivity from P2P. Operate and maintain radio frequency (RF) testers and analyzers to ensure high‑quality network performance. Provide operations and maintenance (O&M) support for telecommunications systems. Work on the configuration and troubleshooting of Class 5 soft switch telecom systems. Test and analyze Voice over IP (VoIP) protocols to ensure reliable and secure communication. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain telecommunications solutions. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime. #J-18808-Ljbffr
