TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST PERMANENT – FULL TIME Build a deeper understanding of the digital ecosystem that supports Les Mills teams and customers around the world. Build a clear picture of how business processes, people and technology connect Work across enterprise platforms and digital products to understand complex end-to-end flows Turn fragmented knowledge into clear, reliable documentation that supports better technical and business decisions About the Role As our Technical Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with Engineering, Product and business teams to understand and document how our B2B ecosystem operates today. You’ll investigate end-to-end business processes spanning enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as our internally developed digital products. You’ll follow processes across system boundaries, understand integrations and data flows, identify gaps in existing documentation, and bring together knowledge that may currently sit across different teams and subject matter experts. This is a role for someone who is comfortable talking with engineers about APIs, integrations and architecture, and reading and interpreting architectural diagrams, but equally comfortable sitting down with Sales, Customer Service, Product or market teams to understand how a business process actually works. You’ll turn what you discover into clear process maps, system diagrams and documentation that both technical and non-technical audiences can understand and trust. You’ll shine if you have Strong experience analysing complex, end-to-end business processes across multiple systems and teams The technical understanding to work with APIs, integrations, events, data flows and distributed systems Experience interpreting and producing system context diagrams, process maps and other technical or business documentation Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the curiosity to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and uncover knowledge from subject matter experts Strong written communication skills and an ability to turn complex or fragmented information into clear, structured documentation Confidence working with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including Product, Engineering, Technical Leads, Salesforce specialists, Customer Service, Sales, market teams and Data Engineering Experience using AI-assisted engineering tools, such as Claude Code or Cursor, to support analysis and documentation An ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders Experience 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst Experience working with enterprise software platforms Strong understanding of business process modelling Experience documenting complex system interactions Experience working within Agile software delivery environments Experience with Salesforce, Adobe Commerce (Magento), Microsoft Dynamics 365, SaaS platforms or B2B environments would be an advantage About Les Mills At Les Mills, unlocking and amplifying that inner drive to achieve our goals is something we’re not shy to say we’re great at.
