Alpha Recruitment – Auckland, North Island We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to support our Standards and Assurance team on a 6 -month contract engagement . This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, comfortable working across multiple digital systems, and able to manage detailed information with a high level of accuracy. Location- Mt Wellington Term- 6 months Fixed Term Start- ASAP We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to support our Standards and Assurance team on a 6 -month contract engagement . This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is highly organised, comfortable working across multiple digital systems, and able to manage detailed information with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Document & Process Management (Promapp / Nintex Process Manager) Update and maintain documentation within our Document and Process Management System (Promapp) Upload and maintain organisational processes, procedures and supporting documentation Ensure version control and document governance requirements are followed Work with subject matter experts to ensure documentation is current and accurately reflected in the system Information Requests & Client Interaction Timelines (Socrates) Compile clear timelines of client interactions where files or records have been requested or in response to complaints Extract and review relevant information from the Socrates system and other internal records Present information in a structured format suitable for review or investigation purposes Ensure accuracy and completeness of records when preparing information summaries Training Administration (Promapp Learning Modules) Assign training modules within the Promapp system Track completion of training requirements across teams Follow up with staff and managers regarding outstanding modules Maintain accurate training records and provide completion updates where required About You Essential Strong administrative experience within a complex organisational environment Confidence working across multiple digital systems and databases High attention to detail and strong information management capability Ability to organise and present information clearly and accurately Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication and follow-up skills Desirable Experience using Promapp / Nintex Process Manager or similar process/document management systems Experience supporting governance, compliance or quality functions Experience working with client record systems or case management platforms Engagement Details 6-month contract Immediate or near-term start preferred Competitive hourly rate Applicants must have valid working rights.
