Ducting Installer

Duct Installer Needed! Pay rate: $28-$35 per hour, based on experience, paid weekly We're looking for experienced Duct Installers to join our team for work predominantly across Waikato Region- there may be occasions where work in Auckland region is required; this will be discussed with successful applicants. If you have solid duct installation experience, take pride in quality workmanship, and are ready to get stuck in, we want to hear from you. What you'll be doing Reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and job specifications Measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing sheet metal, flexible, and insulated ductwork Fitting and securing duct sections using screws, rivets, brackets, hangers, and sealing materials Applying sealants, insulation, and protective coatings as required Installing grilles, diffusers, vents, dampers, and related components Completing duct modifications, repairs, and adjustments as required Using hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively Working alongside builders, electricians, and other trades to coordinate installations Carrying out quality checks to ensure duct systems are installed correctly Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment around the worksite Identifying and reporting installation issues, hazards, or material shortages Maintaining a clean and safe work environment What we're looking for At least three years of relevant experience OR a relevant qualification Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications Competence using relevant hand and power tools Reliable transport Strong focus on health and safety Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test What's in it for you? $28-$35 per hour, based on experience Guaranteed minimum 30 hours per week Weekly pay PPE provided Support from a recruiter who values skilled tradespeople Why work with Tradestaff?
