The role focuses on maintaining HVAC, cooling, power and building systems, and requires strong fault-finding abilities in mechanical and electrical disciplines. You'll monitor BMS/EPMS, respond to alarms, coordinate contractors and maintain records, while contributing to safe, reliable operation and on-call duties within a rotating 12-hour roster.
