The Role & The Schedule Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of motor vehicle claims for our Australian corporate clients. This is an operational, high-tempo role within a supportive team where efficiency, attention to detail, and customer service are paramount. CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: To align with our Sydney-based operations and NSW business hours, this role requires a permanent schedule of 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday Your core focus will be to: Drive Excellence: Take complete ownership of case files following initial notification to final repair, aiming for a consistent 5-star service outcome. Proactive Resolution: Action email correspondence, driver updates, and task lists within 1–2 business days to maintain a zero-backlog environment. Coordinate & Communicate: Liaise directly with repairers, assessors, and corporate clients to resolve obstacles and keep repairs moving on schedule. Efficient Workflow: Use our intuitive DingGo portal to maintain accurate records, track repair milestones, and update case documentation quickly. Experience: What You’ll Bring We are looking for hands‑on claims specialists. To ensure clarity and parity within our team, our recruitment decisions and internal pay banding are strictly weighted toward direct motor claims or industry‑specific expertise. While we value diverse backgrounds, generalist administrative experience outside of these sectors will not factor into our assessment of compensation for this role. We are preferably seeking candidates with: Primary Focus: 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in motor vehicle insurance claims management. Alternative Relevant Experience: High‑paced administration within the panel repair (smash repair) industry, or client management roles within the insurance sector. System Fluency: Comfortable working across dual monitors, web portals, and digital databases to manage high‑volume case queues. Communication Mastery: Professional verbal and written English skills for collaborating clearly with Australian clients, drivers, and repair networks.
