Downer NZ is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer - Surfacing to oversee quality systems, ITPs, and compliance across chipseal and asphalt projects in the Taranaki region. You will lead QA activities, bridge field operations and contract requirements, and drive continuous improvement for safe, high-quality delivery.
