This is a three-month temporary assignment for an experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys being the trusted right-hand support to senior leaders. Located in modern offices close to public transport, this is an office-based role and an excellent opportunity for someone available to start immediately. What you'll be doing No two days will look quite the same, but you'll be responsible for: Managing complex and ever-changing diaries Coordinating meetings, travel and appointments Proactively monitoring and managing busy inboxes Preparing documents, presentations and meeting materials Supporting agenda preparation and minute taking Processing expenses and reconciliations Coordinating reporting and administrative activities Building strong working relationships across teams and with external stakeholders Keeping priorities on track and ensuring deadlines are met We're partnering with a large well-established organisation that plays an important role in connecting communities and supporting New Zealanders every day. You’ll bring: Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or senior administration role Strong diary and inbox management skills Exceptional organisation and time management abilities Sound judgement and discretion when handling confidential information Outstanding attention to detail The ability to juggle competing priorities and remain calm under pressure Advanced Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management capability What's in it for you?
