We are a premium waterfront restaurant looking for a new member of staff to join our high-performing team. We are looking for someone who is charismatic, energetic, and friendly with a keen eye for detail who has a passion for the hospitality industry. The role: “To co-ordinate the smooth running of all interactions between the floor and the kitchen” The Front of House 'Expeditor/Pass Master' ensures that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner, according to menu specifications and customer expectation. The Expeditor will also direct kitchen runners and wait staff who are delivering completed orders.Not for the faint-hearted, but highly rewarding role! Skill set needed: Can work well under pressure Organised and able to follow systems Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hospitality role Must be able to work evenings and weekends High motivation, positive attitude and energy!!
