The role We're looking for a Territory Manager to own our Central North Island patch, covering Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, Whakatane and Taranaki. This is a proper field sales role: you'll be in-store, building relationships with grocery and out-of-home customers, hitting distribution targets, landing new Boring and Picky product launches, and making sure our brands look great on shelf. You'll also manage a merchandiser, so there's a people dimension to the job too. You'll report into the National Channel Manager and work alongside a collaborative field team who share the same drive to win. What you'll be doing Building and maintaining strong relationships across grocery banners and OOH customers in your territory Achieving volume, value and distribution targets through a consistent weekly call cycle Executing new product launches for Boring and Picky with precision, from ranging through to in-store display Negotiating promotions and pricing within agreed parameters Building joint business plans with key customers and identifying new opportunities Keeping your CRM sharp and your reporting accurate What we're looking for 2+ years in a field sales or FMCG role, ideally with grocery or OOH experience A confident, credible communicator who can hold their own in a negotiation Commercially switched on, with a solid grasp of trade maths and ROI Self-motivated and organised: you manage your own territory, so you need to be across the detail Comfortable behind the wheel, including the occasional overnight stay (Taranaki, we're looking at you).
