Forklift Operators Wanted

AWF is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a range of opportunities with leading employers across Hamilton and the wider Waikato region. We have ongoing day and night shift positions available for skilled operators who are confident working in fast-paced industrial, warehousing, manufacturing, and distribution environments. If you have proven forklift experience, a strong commitment to health and safety, and are looking for your next opportunity, we want to hear from you. We are looking for experienced operators with skills in: Counterbalance forklift operation Reach forklift operation Loading and unloading trucks Warehouse and distribution work Manufacturing and production environments Forklift roles that may also include general labouring duties Day and night shifts are available across multiple sites. What You'll Be Doing Operating forklifts safely and efficiently Loading, unloading, and moving products and materials Completing pre-start checks and equipment inspections Following workplace health and safety procedures Assisting with dispatch, storage, and inventory movement Supporting general warehouse, production, or site operations where required Working as part of a team to meet daily productivity targets What You Need Experience operating reach forklifts is highly regarded Ability to work safely in busy industrial environments Strong awareness of health and safety practices Reliable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks when required Please note: These positions are not entry-level. Applicants must have previous forklift operating experience to be considered.
