This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to a large and diverse population, with a strong focus on supporting Māori and Pacific communities to achieve improved health and wellbeing outcomes. As a Senior Practice Nurse, you will work at the forefront of primary healthcare, providing advanced nursing knowledge and clinical guidance within a collaborative multidisciplinary team. You will build trusted relationships with patients and their whānau, empowering them to actively manage their health while navigating complex healthcare needs with compassion, cultural responsiveness, and manaakitanga. This is a varied and fast-paced role that offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. Working alongside a multicultural team, you will contribute to chronic disease management, preventative health initiatives, health promotion, immunisation programmes, and care planning, while supporting the ongoing development of nursing services and quality improvement initiatives across the practice. This is a full-time position, offering 36-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning clinics.
