TCB Logistics - Auckland airport, North Island We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Office & Customer Relations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a pivotal role responsible for leading our office administration function, managing a team of administration professionals, and partnering closely with Senior Management to enhance customer relationships and support business growth. You'll combine people leadership, office management, customer engagement and executive support, ensuring the business operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities Lead, mentor, develop and grow the team of administration staff. Foster a positive, high-performing and customer-focused culture. Manage workloads and ensure service levels are consistently achieved. Support ongoing development and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee the day-to-day running of the office. Ensure administrative processes and systems operate efficiently. Manage office procedures, reporting and business documentation. Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and productivity. Attend customer meetings and visits alongside management team. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. About you Proven experience in an Office Manager, Administration Manager, Business Support Manager or similar leadership role. Previous experience leading and developing administrative teams. Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A highly organized and proactive approach. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability. Advanced Microsoft Office and accounting systems (XERO) skills. A professional presence and confidence working with senior leaders and customers. Candidates with previous logistics industry experience and a solid understanding of transport and operational processes will be highly regarded. A varied and rewarding leadership role.
