The perfect applicant might look like this - Has previous kitchen experience and enjoys preparing fresh food Is Confident in café service, can make coffee and handle till operations Has bar experience and great customer service skills Can assist with events and catering functions Enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing great customer service Is flexible and available across a 7-day roster, including evenings when required Applicants do not need to have all the attributes above - but do need to be happy to train up on new Hospitality Skills .
